N1  - Sustitúyese el artículo 3° de la Ley provincial 160, por el siguiente texto: “Artículo 3°.- La Escribanía General del Gobierno de la Provincia estará a cargo de el/la Escribano/a General del Gobierno y de un/una Escribano/a Adscripto/a, quienes podrán actuar de forma conjunta o indistinta.
El/la Escribano/a General del Gobierno y el/la Escribano/a Adscripto/a serán designados y removidos por el Poder Ejecutivo Provincial.”
